Doodle Return And Refund Policy

At Doodle, your happiness is our priority. We want every purchase to bring joy, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

📌 1. Return Window

• You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 10 days of receiving your order.
  
  

• After 10 days, we will not be able to accept returns or process refunds.
  
  

📌 2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  
  

• The original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
  
  

• The item must be in the same condition as delivered.
  
  

• Only products with size issues, defects, or incorrect items are accepted for return/exchange.
  
  

❌ Items not eligible for return:

• Products purchased on sale/clearance.
  
  

• Customized or altered outfits.
  
  

• Accessories (if applicable).
  
  

📌 3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available for size issues or product defects.
  
  

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  
  

• If the requested size/product is unavailable, you can choose an alternative product or opt for a refund.
  
  

📌 4. Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.
  
  

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  
  

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to your original payment method.
  
  

• Refunds for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  
  

📌 5. Return/Exchange Process

1. Contact our customer care team at support@doodle.com within 10 days of delivery.
   
   

2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if defective/wrong item).
   
   

3. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable).
   
   

4. Once the product is received and inspected, we will initiate the exchange or refund.
   
   

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.

📌 6. Damaged/Defective Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos.
  
  

• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
  
  

📌 7. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  
  

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per the above policy.
